The Fourth Ice Game Design Competition

This competition ran from April 23rd to June 5th, 2005. There were seven entries and 19 voters.

There was a classic voting-paradox loop at the top this time. Voters preferred TORP over COLD, COLD over SPEC, and SPEC over TORP. There were also loops involving those three and ARMA. (All by small margins.)

I resolved these with my standard tie-breakers -- the number of other games each game definitely beat, and then the number of other games each game definitely did was not beaten by. Nonetheless, I can say that this contest was very close among the top four.
